Director, Duquesne University Jazz Ensembles. Yamaha Performing Artist. Frequent soloist, adjudicator, clinician. Member, International Association for Jazz Education, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and American Society of Composers and Publishers. Recipient, ASCAP Plus Award. Published by Doug Beach Music, Hal Leonard Publications and Walrus Music. Performances with Rosemary Clooney, Ray Charles, Linda Ronstadt, Johnny Mathis, Terence Blanchard, Dizzy Gillespie Tribute Big Band, New York Voices, Woody Herman Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Pittsburgh Ballet, Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble, Roger Humphries Big Band and Algo Latino. Compositions performed by Randy Brecker, Nancy Wilson, Mike Stern, Ernie Watts, Ed Soph, Bobby Shew, Al Vizzutti. Recordings include Forgotten Dreams (Seabreeze Records), Dancing Eyes (Seabreeze Records), Home Again (Positive Music). Former, director, jazz studies, George Mason University; saxophonist, enlisted musical director, Army Blues Jazz Ensemble.
